capital improvement project. Successful candidates will be familiar with the Design-Build process, able to work independently and be comfortable interfacing with all members of the co-located design, construction, and management teams.
Facilitate the resolution of all field related issues with the project management, design team and Owner. Serve as liaison with labor representatives on the project, and with the community in the areas where the project is being performed.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing and supervising the work and efforts of subcontractors to ensure that the requirements of the project are met with respect to safety, schedule, quality control, and cost control.
Assist in job site audits and training of employee's and supervisors. Maintain safety expertise through training, reading, and conference and outside experts. Safety Manager is a safety representative of the Safety Department.
