The Sr. Manager will manage relationships with external partners and will collaborate with Marketing, Creative Services, Analytics, E-commerce, Merchandising, Operations and Finance to deliver an engaging loyalty program and exceptional marketing campaigns that drive business results.
Manage the execution of email and SMS campaign setup, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment for one-time marketing campaigns. Lead test and learn execution and analysis for email and SMS marketing.
Conducts ad-hoc compensation analyses and research projects. Identifies and seeks multiple data-points to evaluate and assess effectiveness of executive compensation programs. Evaluate executive positions and develop appropriate compensation recommendations.
Responsible for documentation of benefit processes and assisting with oversight of SOX process controls; in addition, evaluates processes for streamlining and efficiency improvement; assist in ensuring company is compliant with various state benefits requirements and ongoing reporting obligations.
