Lead this department in executing Boutique and Style production processes, with high quality, on time and on budget.

Employing latest industry heuristics to ensure story level features are delivered to standard.
Work directly with internal customers (at all levels) and engineers to identify data and visualization requirements to help monitor performance and discover new areas of innovation.
Drive further automation of systems, processes, and services. Expand disaster recovery options by leveraging Cloud infrastructure.

Proven ability to sell all forms of digital media (with a high comfort level in native advertising), by utilizing consultative sales methods, category expertise and specific account relationships.

Establish and develop a Voice of the Member culture with a common goal of improving the end to end Member experience and providing guidance to leaders across all Rue departments.

Partner with Merchants and Programming to understand the Sales Programming Calendar, purchase order deadlines, and the processes necessary to deliver company's Sales Boutiques to the website.
