Develop, execute, and communicate financial merchandise plans and strategies to support the merchandising, marketing and financial objectives; manage, lead, optimize and enhance the open-to-buy process across channels to drive efficiency of inventory and overall business performance.
Plan and forecast divisional sales, inventory, and margin to ensure we achieve and exceed our business results; lead effort to analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks/ opportunities by department and class.
Develop and evolve marketing campaigns for the international member to drive first-time and repeat purchases; develop actionable customer insights and KPIs through close working relationship with Analytics.

Lead change cross functionally to improve our overall Production effectiveness and effectively influence decision makers; lead this department in executing Boutique and Style production processes, with high quality, on time and on budget.
You will be a key contributor to our world-class infrastructure team to specify, design, build and support the core systems that enable Rue to handle the largest bursts of e-commerce traffic in the industry.
Work cross functionally with Marketing, AP, Programming, Planning and Production teams to ensure products are properly merchandised and all pertinent information is included to maximize sale potential.
Develop a bench of strong talent within the department by executing on the Passport program, ensure we have succession plans, and supporting Associates who desire to leverage internal mobility to advance ones career.
