Prepare financial analysis and models, prepare income and expense underwriting, solicit term sheets from LIHTC investors and lenders, and communicate with state agencies on the availability of affordable housing resources.
Participate in weekly calls. Prepare for and participate in rugf advisory board meeting conference calls. Review and analyze borrower construction draw packages and loan disbursement requests and reconcile differences.
Ensures the highest level of performance and professionalism of supervised associates. Responds to emergency situations, contacting appropriate community managers or asset manager, or agencies as necessary.
