Develop/execute annual tankless & commercial business plans for assigned area with detailed specific goals (i.e., units, market share, accounts growth, programs, etc). The annual business plan should include, but is not limited to, Region Sales Manager and Agent territory accounts.
Responsible for ensuring a smooth hand-off from sourcing to material planning/operations.Manage project schedules as they pertain to sourcing activities and communicate to plant materials, commodity managers, and supplier service coordinators.
Supervise employees assigned to the project group and be responsible for contractual fulfillment of the assigned projects. Define objectives, prepare specifications, plans and schedules and assign responsibilities to subordinates. Coordinate the design, development, manufacture, test and delivery of projects.
Responsible for direct reports talent development, providing leadership, new career paths and exciting assignments. Training and learning opportunities for next generations are to be ingrained to departmental cascading goals.
