Leads a team of Field Recruiting Managers in providing strategic direction for the development of execution plans for regional staffing efforts; leads the recruitment team involvement with the support services group including regular communications to ensure that the field recruiting team is aligned with all of the other support disciplines.
The Director of Restaurant Excellence leads the company efforts in operational change and innovation, and is responsible for assuring the smooth, logical, and cost-effective prioritization, timing (pacing and sequencing), testing, and quality assurance of company program implementation.
