Analysis of RF communications links to include understanding of modulation and over the air protocol implementations
� Development of HF and VHF Software Defined Radio hardware and software applications
� working with SETI project integrators, SMDC G-6, and other network owners to establish and maintain required network connections (e.g., Defense Research Engineering Node, Battle Lab Collaborative Simulation Environment (BLCSE) Node, prototype network environments)
Provide research, analysis, data analytics, and business transformation support services to develop and govern the execution of Army Logistics strategy. Participate and assist with the programming, budgeting, and justifying resources for Army Management Decision Execution Packages critical requirements and execution.

Acts as the lead engineer and manager for the contracted effort with overall corporate responsibility for contract oversight and execution. Directly provides for oversight of contract or technical issue resolution and actions.
Applies knowledge of computer information management principles, automated data processing functions, and computer programming languages and techniques to ensure computer system hardware, operating systems, and software applications are configured correctly and operating as intended.
Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test and evaluate aircraft and aircraft related systems. Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
General duties may include development and assessment of integrated system CONOPS, architectures and interface requirements, assist in developing plans for verification and validation testing, coordinating actions and follow-ups from Technical Interchange Meetings
