The Human Resources Manager provides senior level HR leadership, support and coaching to designated lines of business. Partners closely with business leaders and HR centers of excellence to ensure alignment and execution of HR and business initiatives and strategy.
Develop and deliver extremely accurate and precise communications, performance reports and presentations to all levels of managements.Additional responsibilities may include, without limitation: project management; participating in workgroups or on committees; delivering training and assisting with internal audits or regulatory examinations
Collect and validate critical data elements [in addition to identifying aberrant or missing data elements] to accurately perform fair lending analyses utilizing basic statistical techniques (mean, standard deviations, statistical significance) of data analytics software (e.g. Fair Lending Wiz).
Develop new and profitable business relationships with small business clients in your target market.Structure credit solutions for existing and potential customers; advocate customer/prospect position in credit approval process.
