Leads the cross-application security workgroup, providing oversight for related processes including daily management of security master files. Manages communication between the application teams; facilitates application and cross-application security work sessions. Coordinates regular security workgroup meetings.
The Director, Clinical Operations oversees operations for key organizational service lines with a primary focus on Cardiovascular and Neuroscience Service lines. Provides leadership to multiple practice leaders and teams, to monitor and ensure clinical and operational performance goals.

Develops plans and guidelines to promote consistency of nursing care across geographic, functional, and facility boundaries, developing sustained relationships and collaboration with other leaders to deliver results around patient satisfaction, productivity, labor costs, patient safety, and clinical outcomes.
To manage patient care activities and oversee clinical services for hospice patients in accordance with Federal and State laws and regulations, accreditation standards and RHPC policies and procedures.
Oversees and directs unit based personnel to ensure the daily delivery of safe, effective and efficient patient care. Serves as a resource and role model to the staff; facilitates an atmosphere for staff growth and recognition. Develops and maintains current policies/procedures.
Overseeing each admission to the facility, assessing the social work and discharge planning needs of the facility patient population, planning/directing department services, and recruiting/retaining professional and support personnel.
Incorporates institutional goals into the performance dashboard for service area(s). Interacts with other departments, physician constituents, and staff to incorporate their input into the clinical practice and staff development goals for the service area(s).
Performs clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, standards of practice and within scope of the State Nurse Practice. Documents care per established standards.
Directs nursing administration and centralized staffing, including planning, budget and personnel management, policy development/implementation, and consultation with staff and senior management to ensure achievement of educational and recruitment goals for internal and external stakeholders.
