The successful candidate will be familiar with secured and unsecured financing transactions, including agented and syndicated transactions, and the rules relating to security interests under Articles 8 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
Assist Accounting Manager with hiring, coaching, training, and evaluating of the performance of assigned staff; Act as a resource to staff on complex questions or issues; and perform other duties as necessary.
