Drive entire sales process in designated territory. This includes building the required pipeline to achieve territory goal/quota. Executing on a business outcomes selling approach/methodology related to Qualifying (via in-depth discovery) Developing, and Closing sales opportunities.
Responds to IT/Security Questionnaires, RFP technical questions, and other requests for information. When questions cannot be answered from the library, collaborates with SMEs to develop appropriate answers.
Estimates tasks, efforts, and resource requirements for assigned components and work with senior software engineering staff in setting appropriate schedule, task, and quality guidelines of the project.
Monitor the daily status of assigned projects by assigning, coordinating, checking and monitoring the work of the project, reviewing processes and procedures and scheduling necessary on-site meetings and training sessions.
Promote product capabilities to clients and prospects as the advocate for the product; provide input to marketing to assist in the content for marketing about key benefits, product positioning and target customers.
