Maintains and provides acceptable records and support documents for all internal and external auditors; instrumental in process improvement for Payroll to ensure standard work and increase efficiency through process improvement and automation.
Provides input to strategic planning and implements strategic initiatives. Ensures that division plans align with PHMG strategic, financial and operational plans, and with other network initiatives. Leads and oversees implementation of medical group and division initiatives congruent with annual operating plan.
Leads and manages process improvement initiatives. Analyzes situations, identifies problems, identifies and evaluates alternative courses of action and implements improvement plans through utilization of Quality Improvement (QI) and Process Improvement (PI) principles.
Provides dissemination of financial information to promote clarity of understanding, effective operational decision making, and ensure an understanding of the financial ramifications of decision alternatives.
