Provides first level support to resolve incidents or fulfill requests received from the users; works with enterprise subject matter experts and technical resources to research and resolve issues; provides status on user issues.
Establish standard methodologies, systems and processes to effectively plan and implement new and current customer initiatives. Invest in technology to help drive improved performance and processes ensuring efficient and effective ongoing operations and support.
Participates in communication efforts with HIM personnel, facility departments, facility department and unit leadership, facility leadership, and medical staff, including serving as a key HIM contact for facility implementation activities and project core team meetings.
You will be responsible for 5 points of registration and a team of approximately 70.
