Responsible for working closely with product marketing, sales enablement, customer success team and the rest of corporate marketing team to build, catalog and distribute compelling content to our target personas.
Responsible for complete Quality Assurance testing lifecycle, including developing testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing,negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Work closely with product managers, systems architects and immediate team to effectively develop back end systems. Assist in the development of standards, procedures and guidelines to improve the development process.
Upholds the overall codebase quality by participating in design review, code review, unit testing and general technical discussion.�In general, write good code, get things done, and help out the team when needed.
Participate in the design and development of the backend card control and policy management infrastructure, and will apply troubleshooting / debugging skills to challenging problems associated with complex enterprise environments and extreme scale.
The Technical Support Engineer will interact with customers via Ondot's Customer Service Portal,
email, and phone calls to accept inbound customer support tickets,create and update tickets in
Ondot's Customer Service portal.
