Own all rfp and due diligence responses, coordinating with different functional owners. Create and own rfp database. Collaborate with engineering, it, and marketing teams.
Work with product marketing to coordinate big deal technical sales activitiy.
The customer support engineer will interact with customers via ondot's customer service portal,
email, and phone calls to (a) accept inbound customer support tickets, (b) create and update tickets in ondot's customer service portal, (c) triage customer tickets, (d) work with the ondot engineering team to resolve customer tickets, and (e) communicate with the customer via phone, email, and the portal.
Work on core product design and implementation that is generic and supports pluggable architecture. Need to drive critical customer issues and drive task force teams to accomplish solutions to critical customer problem.
Working cross functionally with sales, events, and creative teams to drive new initiatives that
support product launch. Working with product and
research to surface user insights and help inform product development.
