Manage finances by reviewing job cards and other reports and communicating status and areas of concern to agency account leadership; reviews creative execution to ensure work remains on-strategy and adheres to client identity/corporate guidelines; participate in/contribute to the development of agency POVs and annual client brand plan.

Develops concepts for TV/print media that reflect strategy; are appropriate for the brands personality and are extremely creative; collaborates with senior writers to produce a very high quality of advertising.
Collaborate with Account leads and clients before, during and after all marketing plans are deployed, ensuring proper metrics are set up, data is collected succinctly, and results are converted into insights with a clear action plan.
Supervises account services team and monitors their performance both with their client counter parts and internally with other creative and operational departments; distributes projects and reviews their progress continually to ensure professional growth is attained.
Facilitate strategic recruitment meetings and status meetings with line managers and their teams to diagnose the hiring need, ensure clarity on position profile, align on the recruitment process and ultimate selection.
Understanding the client's business needs, and how our strategies will deliver on their objectives and KPIs. Developing fresh insights about the attitudes, needs, behaviors and relationships of all stakeholders.
Working closely with customers and account management teams to ensure data deliverables are accurate and actionable. Working closely with development team throughout the development cycle to ensure delivery of high quality, and on time, in accordance with client expectations.
Contributes to development of brand strategy with team, as well as creative strategy (positioning, messaging per stakeholder, tactical copywriting) based on in-depth scientific, clinical, and marketplace understanding throughout the product life cycle.
