Candidates must have strong client management skills, superior presentation skills and the ability to manage the day-to-day business and client relationship on a piece of business (or several small projects) within a large client account.
The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple assignments and clients with a high degree of success and independence, and will enjoy operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment.
This individual will join a team of smart, dynamic and client-focused professionals to service existing clients, and will work closely with other senior leaders in the firm to define the offering and build the portfolio.
The individual will work with the Account team and Discipline Leads (Creative, Information Architecture, Content Strategy, Digital Strategy, Digital Technology, etc) to define project approach, scope, cost and time parameters.
Strategy Directors are a critical combination of doer, thinker & leader - as an individual contributor they are responsible for uncovering core insights from all research conducted, in order to deliver strategically sound marketing approaches, develop positioning and branding strategies, as well as creating strategic and tactical employee activation, sales enablement and b2b marketing plans.
Provide strategic recommendations on critical elements of program design and implementation, including program qualifications, benefit delivery, program terms and conditions, development of program KPIs and measurement.
