Manage and executes complex integrated programs from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact between the internal and client/agency teams to ensure all deliverables & components are on track and within scope.
Works with account, creative and strategy leads and producers to assess talent needs for incoming RFPs and active, sold projects, Proactively builds on a pre-existing network of contacts of freelancers.
Works with program managers and directors to transition projects to post-sale and is available to advise as needed, Handles all elements of P&Ls, costs, and revenue in coordination with the Yield Team.
Define and put in place metrics and systems to track product performance. Clearly communicate performance and use data to evaluate and prioritize the roadmap, as well as educating newsroom users how to interpret the results.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the product development cycle from product discovery to experimentation to launch, Develop clear, actionable, testable hypotheses for quantitative and qualitative validation.
Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Real Estate Stakeholders including Editorial, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Design. Ensure stakeholders are involved and informed during the product planning and development process.
