Drive internal priorities cross-functionally to ensure swift implementation, such as improved methods for QC, rapid turnaround
time, and transitioning new technologies and services from the Innovation group and the Methods Development team into
the production lab.
Searching for a computational postdoc to join our team (currently 8 people). Possible projects include, but are not limited to, genetic and environmental interactions on functional effects of genetic variants, methods development to integrate genetic data with molecular and high-level phenotype data sets, and population genetics of regulatory variation in humans.
Manage the daily operations of the lab with a high degree of independence; including overseeing timely orders of laboratory supplies, maintaining and operating equipment, and coordinating collaborative work with other researchers and service providers.
