Responsible for the leadership, strategic reporting and analysis relating to the retail and new business initiative segments; lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning process.
Responsible for overall E-Commerce shopping experience including integrity of copy, title, and price, to drive key areas of the business and product by season.
Monitor and maintain strict Product Development time-lines with Merchants, Design and supporting departments; establish and maintain online/offline vendor database including factory evaluations.
Conduct patterning activities to understand the competition; shop and conduct regular scans of benchmark competitors to identify opportunities and challenges for in-season business and future season line planning.
Provide day-to-day legal advice and counseling to all departments and business units within the organization, including finance, real estate, IT, e-commerce and marketing.
. This includes analyzing the health of the customer file, identifying customer segments to target with specific content or offers, understanding email performance, and uncovering data driven insights overall in an effort to better retain and reactivate buyers.
