Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Technical Product Management, you will work with our product teams to design, maintain, and improve products and features within our organization's portfolio. You will be expected to make informed Important Technical Decisions (ITDs) for a product and deliver highly technical product specs to support their implementation.
Create and manage engagement plans to help customers implement our software and services (includes activities such as kickoffs, implementation, data integration, facilitation of ongoing planning/forecasting processes, and delivery of periodic executive level guidance on project decisions).
You will manage remote teams including P2P, O2C, FP&A and business managers. You are a clear communicator, excel at getting individuals and teams to perform at a higher level, and are expected to hire and groom top talent.
You will be expected to be an expert at aggressive goal setting and weekly productivity improvements. The expectation to drive significant levels of value and productivity from your organization is much higher than in most companies.
You will leverage your personal technical depth as a as a former developer and architect in order to set a personal standard for Computer Science excellence, to push your teams and to assess the talent base you need to maintain.
As a SaaSOps Chief Architect you will be in charge of migrating products to the Cloud, creating automated build and deploy pipelines, improving product architecture to make it more secure and resilient and improve its overall operational agility.
