Up to $1 million in grant funding is available for projects that improve the recovery trajectory of seven sea turtle populations. Projects of particular interest will reduce bycatch in fishing gear, increase and protect priority nesting beaches, reduce threats from boating, or build strong conservation networks. Were pleased to announce $1.9 million in grant funding to enhance coastal habitats, bolster fish and wildlife populations, and strengthen resilience along the Gulf of Mexico. These grants have generated $6 million in matching contributions for a total conservation impact of $7.9 million.
