John Parks (pictured), with Neptune Technology Group, is supporting the booth for the Gwinnett County Georgia Non-Revenue Water (NRW) pilot project at the Global City Teams Challenge Expo in DC. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) launched the Global City Teams Challenge (GCTC) to encourage collaboration between cities, communities, companies and organizations to use Internet of Things (IoT) devices and infrastructure technologies to improve services, promote economic growth and quality of life within cities and communities. Monday kicked off day one of the two-day free event. Exhibitors include companies, cities, organizations and universities. Since the GCTC founding in 2014 there have been over 150 cities and 400 companies, organizations and universities involved from around the world. Neptune Technology Group is attending in support of CH2Ms Non-Revenue Water monitoring and reduction GCTC project. CH2M is using Neptune MACH 10 Ultrasonic residential meters and a Krohne master meter along with the Neptune AT&T CMIUs to analyze 15-minute interval data in a DMA approach to identify water leakage, generate demand forecasting, and pressure trends. Cities and utilities will use these data analytics, coupled with the right measurement and sensor technologies under a Smart Cities infrastructure to reduce water loss, increase customer satisfaction, save money and benefit the environment. www.neptunetg.com #NeptuneTechnologyGroup #gctcexpo #SmartCity

Our grand opening in Tallassee was held on June 28, 1972. Hourly employees were trained by the newly formed AIDT which was created in 1971. We are proud to share that we were the first company to use their services! We kicked off our 45th Anniversary celebration on Wednesday at the Central AlabamaWorks meeting, and we look forward to celebrating with employees and retirees on July 12th. #FBF #CentralAlabamaWorks #LifeAtNeptune Pictured: Emalyn Clark, representing AIDT, and Chuck DiLaura
