Investigates, through cross functional collaboration and defined market needs to make recommendation for product or specification changes that can improve product performance, reduce costs or increase sales.
DMs will meet with customers on a regular basis to discuss their specific needs/concerns and make recommendations.
Reviews and authorizes objectives of the field and office Sales Department staff to ensure compliance with Company objectives; monitors and reviews the execution of these plans and programs.

Establish and implement systematic control and reconciliation processes around inventory for manufacturing locations and warehouses.
Learn, develop and utilize DBCI culture to perform tasks efficiently and productively to insure Company quality and workmanship standards.
Prices and generates Purchase Orders for projects, using customer-provided documentation such as drawings, sketches, specifications, etc.
