The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities as well as a pragmatic, results-oriented focus and possess a reputation for getting new products to the market on time and meeting requirements.
Establish and evolve service offerings consistent with service product strategy; maintain compelling customer collateral to communicate the value of service offerings; work directly with customers and service sales to evaluate and adopt service offerings.
Develop, implement and evaluate departmental resource (QA and QC) and operational strategies in alignment with business objectives and capacity.Identify, develop and implement industry best known methods and practices across the quality organization
