Manage and direct Operations Directors and Plant Managers of assigned plants on matters relating to NAES performance in all appropriate areas, policies, procedures, and standards and to ensure that all contractual requirements are met and that the maximum value is achieved.
Develop and implement environmental programs and policies that insure compliance with federal, state, local, and site permit and regulatory requirements and the project's Environmental Management System.
Develop, manage and, execute business plans to allow NAES engineering services to support both the NAES fleet and third party clients. Establish and meet business goals to enhance value to clients, increase profits for NAES and grow business.
Participate in Bid Review Committee meetings and support MROC preparation of bid documents, including credit check reviews, cash flow analysis, trade rate estimates, contingency, subcontractors, materials, margins and other material financial item.
Collaborate with System Administrators and Engineers, as well as partners across Corporate IT and the Lines of Business in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective and mission-critical network technology solution.
Provide technical leadership and program coordination in plant performance analysis and testing. Assist plant staff in monitoring and improving unit efficiencies. Research, identify, and justify performance improvements for all generating units.
