Assumes overall responsibility for the preparation of integral corporate documents including: documents required for forming corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in any state; Corporate entity filings in all states, including updated DBAs and fictitious name filings; Documentation for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions of corporations, partnership and/or limited liability companies.
Develops strategies to identify new growth opportunities; including acquisitions, de novo imaging centers and service line expansion; preparation of materials and lead discussions with partners interested in expanding service lines.
Prepares and analyzes financial summary reports for management presentations, business reviews, key findings and recommendations involving medical billings, collections, cost reports, employee benefits and other areas as assigned.
Oversees the development, negotiation, implementation, monitoring and management of a comprehensive, market based national payer strategy; ensures alignment of payer programs with the company's strategic business initiatives.
Performs tasks pertaining to the building, upgrading and maintenance of company database servers; confers with co-workers to determine impact of database changes on other systems and staff cost for making changes to database.
Performs routine and advanced imaging procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury with minimal amount of supervision or repeats.
