In June 2016, USAID Jordan decided that, while its systems were producing strong evaluations, there must be a way to further enhance its final recommendations for learning and subsequent adaptive management. Working with MSI, the Program Office elected to use a CLA lens to review the then-current evaluation processes to see how they could be improved. This joint effort helped USAID staff team members and USAID activity managers to ensure that evaluation recommendations were developed and worded in ways that would increase the likelihood of their utilization for improving programs. MSI is very proud to have worked with USAID Jordan on this innovative #learning approach for #evaluations, which is a 2017 U.S. Global Development Lab CLA Case Competition winner!

The campaign webinar series will close with a final webinar with the Green String Network (GSN) on December 20, 2017 at 1:00 EST. During this webinar, Angi Yoder-Maine and Belkys Lopez from the Green String Network (GSN) will provide an overview of trauma-informed conflict transformation, as well as lessons learned, challenges and impact of programs in Somalia and Kenya that supported youth, communities, leaders and the security sector. They will also share GSN tools for monitoring and evaluating these programs. Click here to register for the webinar and visit www.dmeforpeace.org/peacexchange to join the community and learn more.
