Developing and managing sales training programs that support the promotion of dermatological products in the Immunology Patient Value Unit. Defining the appropriate training content for the commercial organization and ensuring successful implementation of that content.
Develops, maintains, and modifies structural and interior payload system and component designs, using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and/or other design methods, to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
Evaluates requests and meet with customer to define requirements for high-impact projects. Identifies acceptable options with customer to clarify needs and develop the preliminary scope of work in order to meet the customer's requirements.
Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.
Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment. Develops test plans and configurations, supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
Evaluates customer and/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
Facilitates program milestone delivery within time and budget via technical planning and program monitoring (e.g. develops engineering plans, manages metrics and baselines, technical input to risks and opportunities).
Exploratory Upper Stage program in support of the Space Launch Systems: Leads Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies.
