We try to show our summer interns a good time while luring them into a career in STEM! In one of this years summer experiences hosted at our Bedford, Mass. campus, seven teams of interns competed in a competition to design and 3D print something that solves a problem. Students came away with a better understanding of a product development life cycle, the ability to manage a team and schedule and brushed up on presentation skills. The winning team used a 3D printer to create a knotless line tie for an ADS-B antenna.
