Work with editors in Test Prep and Basic Sciences and Allied Health as needed to coordinate content, features, and functions of digital products to the benefit of the growth of the MHE Medical Publishing unit.
Manage existing contracts and develop new contracts with partnered institutions; Qualify, develop and close new business opportunities for Enterprise Sales across all McGraw-Hill enterprise solutions including Tegrity, ALEKS PPL, Connect, Learn Smart, and SimNet.
Develop and execute strategy to grow enterprise revenue at assigned accounts;Engage with Enterprise implementation team to ensure operational and implementation excellence across the assigned accounts.
Manage and monitor plant and operating expenses to drive product delivery, including timelines, costs (including vendor and content item authoring management) and product requirements, in order to release a quality product on time and on budget.
Lead, communicate, and execute on digital projects by managing the overall plan, budget, schedule, content creation, assembly, implementation, and final delivery. Ensure all projects meet market needs, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Manage accounts receivable activities including billing of tenant and subtenant receivables, landlord contributions, and deferred average income. Ensure receivables are collected and ensure proper recording of income.

Work with platform experts to define required technology specifications and determine how proposed products/services can integrate with existing McGraw-Hill Education platforms in order to solve customer problems.
Define and own business acceptance testing plan for platform features of all major and maintenance releases to ensure features delivered are "customer-ready" and meet the highest quality standards. Recruit participants and conduct ongoing user testing to validate solutions and gather experiential feedback to inform future development and prioritization decisions.
