Identifies and pursues potential sources of business and other strategies to meet established goals and directives; documents the effectiveness and success rate of the Branch prepaid strategy, and accompanying marketing plan, and makes recommendations for changes to executive management as appropriate.
Responsible for developing and mentoring the Deposit & Branch Operations staff as well as supporting Bank's Sales Teams. Manages multiple projects related to systems issues, efficiencies, and new technologies. Superior customer service skills are required. In addition we work in a team environment and a positive attitude is essential for success in this position.
The Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager (PM) is the primary contact for established borrowing clients. Under the general direction of the department head and Commercial Lenders, this position's primary responsibilities include all aspects managing an existing commercial loan portfolio. Additional responsibilities include interacting and liaising with other areas of the bank predominantly the credit, compliance, operations, and treasury management.
