Responsible for enhancing and maintaining a properly functioning revenue cycle process across all McLaren subsidiaries. Responsible for developing and implementing common systems and processed related to revenue cycle integrity.
The Corporate Patient Safety Manager reports to the Corporate Director of Clinical Risk & Patient Safety. This position is responsible for providing leadership and support across the Organization to promote standardization in Patient Safety initiatives, including but not limited to, adverse event management.
Responsible for McLaren owned and rented properties within Region as assigned. The objective is to implement and streamline the transaction and property management functions for all subsidiaries and the corporate real estate portfolio. Assist and interact with the various corporate departments in regards to Facility.
Responsible for the planning, managing, and organizing Network Development functions for all products as designated. Responsible for developing a robust provider network, in conjunction with senior staff, including negotiating and contracting with providers.
Provides managerial oversight to the Infusion Therapy nurses of Home Infusion including the hiring, training and ongoing evaluation of these nurses. Maintains accreditation for both Home Infusion and Infusion Therapy Nursing.
The Clinical Risk & Patient Safety Manager reports to the Chief Medical Officer with a dotted line to the Corporate VP of Patient Safety, Risk & Insurance and provides administrative leadership, direction, and supervision in the integration of the overall Risk and Patient Safety program for the medical group.
Directs the development and implementation of Telehealth program initiatives across the McLaren System. Provides analysis of program outcomes and operations and makes recommendations to management for alternative methods to enhance cost efficiencies.
The position is responsible for providing the overall leadership in conjunction with MPP Senior leadership team in the development, implementation and management of Disease/Population Health Management leading to improved patient outcomes.
Assumes 24 hour responsibility to assure high standards of care for assigned units within the preoperative departments, including OR, PACU, Endoscopy, Pre-operative area, PAT, Anesthesia and Central Sterile Processing.
Has the ultimate responsibility of making sure the foundation accomplishes its goals and objectives. Develops and implements the foundation strategy. Provides long-range strategic and operational leadership for donor constituency building and donor engagement services.
Establishes the strategic plan, assessment framework and direction and provides leadership for effective employee health programs. Develops programs across the McLaren continuum of care including services for all subsidiaries and commercial clients.
Responsible for managing and coordinating the recording, processing, and reporting of decision support financial analysis information and maximizing decision support financial analysis from third party payors.
Generates and accepts referrals, applies casework process, performs department duties, documents activities and performs functions of counseling, referral/resource acquisition/and case consultation and coordination..
Responsible for the general accounting functions of the organization to include preparing financial statements, gathering and analyzing data, and performing financial and statistical analysis.
