Lead outage hazard recognition meetings, auditing daily crew meetings, performing housekeeping audits, and maintaining excellent personal safety performance (also leads or participates in incident investigation).
Assist in ongoing evaluation process and annual goal setting; Prepare monthly and quarterly reports which highlight and explain significant variances between actual results and Plan for the businesses.
Work with personnel to improve / optimize plant processes and reliability including reduction of plant downtime and cost reduction through the development and implementation of equipment integrity programs.
Organize and lead efforts to investigate, identify, and implement solutions related to process upsets, customer quality issues, process improvements, process and human productivity, and any other variances within the Scope of Position.
