Role requires thorough understanding of Medicare Part D guidance, technical specifications, reporting requirements and the ability to translate the operational processes and the data elements available in corporate systems to produce the CMS required reporting in an accurate and timely fashion.
Manages day-to-day quality activities in assigned area ensuring program and procedures support company goals for service, quality, and cost effectiveness as well as compliance with contract, federal and state requirements.
Work with Leadership to apply systematic process of discovering and analyzing CMC/Magellan needs, design and develop training content, deliver training programs, and evaluate effectiveness of training events and initiatives.
This position advises on proposals, contracts, contract protests, operations, business development, account management, regulatory and compliance issues, risk management, and other issues relating to the federal contracting business.
