I was 12 when I stepped into the animator''s studio at Walt Disney World, where they were working on #Aladdin. I knew then what I wanted to do when I grew up bring things to life as an #animator. Meet our Head of Creative Erika Lutz, whos been with Lumosity for 5 years and currently leads the creative vision and professional mentorship of a team of 20 artists, designers, and writers. Erikas relentless quest for creative experimentation which is a quality we celebrate and encourage at Lumosity flourished early on in her life. I taught myself how to animate using my toys and the family VHS camcorder, and experimented with my first digital animations in PowerPoint 95 by breaking clip art and reconstructing them into animated scenes. When not at work, she unwinds in nature. I love to wander, says Erika, who volunteers as park steward for the #NationalParksService and the Sierra Club, where she takes urban kids on hikes. Our multi talented teammate is also a beekeeper helping produce small batches of honey through natural techniques and enjoys creating wooden and leather objects to expand her creative skills.
