Using a unique blend of client management and project management skills, manage both the business relationship and project implementation of assigned projects.
Assist Sales Executives in the technical qualification of new sales opportunities, understand customer requirements and articulate the value proposition of to senior technology executives.
Play the role of lead architect for customer implementations through requirements gathering, analysis and design, and implementation guidance.
Takes initiative in resolving challenging, complex issues across the lifecycle, including production support, development operations, continuous improvement, increasing quality.
Act as primary technical point-of-contact during sales process, implementation, and transition to post-sales support.
Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.
Work closely with Product Management to prioritize customer enhancement requests and to plan and to contribute to future product release
· Perform customer implementations through requirements gathering, analysis and design. Perform hands-on development, including data management, manipulation and aggregation of relational databases and web services
· Provide recommendations to the management team of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and suggestions of how to address and leverage each as it relates to the penetration of the market
