The Sr. Director leads a team of Learning and Development professionals responsible for executing on the learning strategy through developing curriculum, setting operational standards and leveraging technology.
Analyze project requirements to effectively create and maintain project schedules which includes being able to define and understand project activities, sequences of events, dependencies, work effort, duration of tasks by departments, including queue management time, and associated resource requirements based upon the size of the queue.
Collaborate with clients on best practices in review, administer client-facing review platforms, provide support for end users, and drive process improvement both internally and for enterprise clients.
This role is responsible for developing project and client workflow standards, managing to a case or client annual budget, providing a consultative approach to problem solving, and identifying critical paths to completing projects with a focus on reducing costs, increasing speed of delivery and promoting the use of innovate technology to exceed client expectations.
Initiate work on behalf of clients by creating work orders for tasks associated with data processing, review, and production; communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
Establish informed project schedules based on a solid understanding of project activities, sequences of events, dependencies, work effort, duration of tasks across departments, and associated resource requirements based upon the complexity of work and the size of the queue.
Implement client consulting engagements and other projects when required, including assessing client's current discovery practices, identifying gaps in those practices, analyzing alternatives, and developing and implementing tangible and actionable strategies and business processes to address those gaps.
