Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. Attends sales meetings. Directs and leads area sales personnel in achievement of planned result.
Manage profitability of all jobs. Insure the profitable installation of all modernization installation contracts of vertical transportation equipment in accordance with the company Inc. Modernization Project Management process.
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
This position is responsible for business controlling of the NEB/MOD Order-book and ensuring that Revenue Recognition, processes and policies are in 100% compliance with company's Financial Policies and Controls. This position reports to the Regional Business Controller.
Ensure activities are performed on a timely basis. As needed, interview and hire administrative support team personnel Provide coaching and feedback and development to all Administrative Associates. Drive performance development reviews of subordinates.
