Be responsible for the development of new business leads/opportunities and drive the company revenue growth by building a new business pipeline, selling the company full range of technology and services, negotiating and closing on new client engagements.
Develop, design, and code Backend (Integration) applications and produce reusable superior technical components; identify potential problems in the Integration layer on a daily basis for all our clients and provide timely solutions for the same.
The Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for monitoring, performance, documentation, and scale of the database infrastructure; provide tools to the team (other DBAs) as well as customers (development teams) to monitor multiple database platforms, ensure up time and reliability of the databases, and provide support in case of emergencies.
Responsible for all aspects of client relationships including preserving existing revenue base, and expanding revenue from assigned client relationships; ensures superior client satisfaction by acting as an advocate for clients with proactive identification of client needs, potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction, and ensuring client issues are resolved.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, peer review, and operations.
