Design and develop product test procedures, methods and models for lab and in-field vehicle testing, and execute test sequences and evaluates results, in order to contribute to development of the system.
Responsible to develop the department into an effective and professional organization. This includes, monitoring performance of the department members and mentoring those individuals as necessary to increase efficiency and performance of the group.
Identify customer needs and requirements, understanding customer organization and processes, identify competitor activities at customer, budget planning at customer, maintenance and modernization plans.
Manage the Knorr Brake Company LLC Business Unit's (e.g. Knorr - brakes; IFE - doors; Merak - HVAC, etc.) contract management terms and conditions review in preparation for final contract review by Corporate Counsel and negotiations with customer.
Provide the Voice of the Customer within Bendix and adequatelyrepresent Bendix to the Customer.Participation in the development of customer strategies for NorthAmerica based on interaction with Bendix CoC (Center of Competency)Directors and the Account Team.
