The SA interacts with business unit management, applications systems management, technology management, vendors and industry experts in order to map business requirements into technology solutions that optimally balance cost, speed of implementation, and value while leveraging existing technologies and standards whenever possible.
Manage demand planners to review discrepancies between financial and planning system, refine demand plan using statistical and analytical tools, customer notes, market trends, and external collaboration through demand management best practices.
Develop and maintain a program for the systematic follow-up and collection of receivables. Follow closely the course of aging accounts and determine and execute action to be taken on delinquent accounts.
Work closely with inside sales to provide exceptional customer service and meet customer needs.Learn and utilize all available company resources including inside sales, marketing, design/engineering, and management.
Maintain and create a professional relationship with assigned customers; Work closely with strategic account leadership and other functions to identify new business opportunities; support large contract proposals, attain defined service levels, etc. ensuring submission of competitive bids.
