Maintain a full understanding of the market dynamics and ensure organization and technology advancements are keeping pace.
Lead development of strategies (including sub spend area strategy, supplier strategy, risk management strategy and P2P strategy) to drive regional business expectations

Manage facility usage, borrowings, free cash flow targets, and finance charges for the region in conjunction with the division's strategic business units.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoy challenging face-to-face meetings with the ability to build trust, confidence and relationships.
Working with ci, lead quality integration into cI program i.E. Root cause analysis and standard work.
Supports continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met.
Evaluate current packaging and create cost improvement strategies for both existing and new package designs
Work with functional/departmental and site leaders to ensure that internal customer requests/needs for HR services are being met in a timely and effective manner.
Creates capital proposal including scope document, cost estimate, and timelines for management review and approval.
Manage the buildings and grounds such that good manufacturing practices (GMP) are adhered to and a professional appearance is maintained.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to detail operations of new equipment or revise SOPs to reflect changes to operations, as the result of modifications to existing equipment.
Conducts basic research for the improvement of existing products and the development of new products, outlining procedures and specifications.
The Project Engineer can be located at our Byesville, OH Or savannah, ga locations. Both are liquid beverage facilities.
Responsible for communicating and executing the HSE strategic initiatives within assigned region.
Maintains warehousing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Responsible for KPI measurement and reporting. Perform routine server checks.
Interface with internal and external scientific experts, to identify scientific opportunities to help advance product innovation; support business regulatory functions with claims and positioning.
