Administer the collection of acceptable certificates of insurance, lien waivers and other required project documents, process consultant and contractor payments, monitor tenant improvement allowance budgets, and maintain project files.
Track operating expenses and real estate tax reconciliations, percentage rent and security deposits based on client needs and report accordingly, work with landlords as necessary to resolve reconciliation and payment issues.
Direct the planning, management and operations of all construction projects. Guide multiple jobs and multiple project teams from pre-construction through project closeout and post-construction warranty services.
