Proven ability to help translate strategic plan objectives into actionable tasks, and guide teams and volunteer members toward the attainment of those objectives on a timely basis.

He or she also works closely with the Communications Committee; Conference Planning Committee; Medical & Scientific Advisory Board Education Committee and committees and subcommittees as assigned in line with MGFA's vision, mission and strategic plan.
Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the network to maintain stability.
The Sponsorship and Exhibits Sales Manager will prospect and initiate client sales for sponsorship, exhibition, and advertising for their conferences and events.
Serve as primary liaison with clients, building a relationship of trust and a member of the client team.
