Ensures satisfaction of clients and works with Communications employees to resolve client-level issues and ensure on-going profitability. Works with employees to identify opportunities to introduce additional Kellen services that align with their clients' needs.
Be conversant in industry trends and be the "voice of the industry", as needed Implement client directives Identify new member benefits, emerging trends and actions to positively grow the association clients.
Provide strong leadership and direction to the clients; gain trust, credibility and respect with the clients and client board of directors, as well as working effectively with other departments, such as Marketing/Communications and senior management.
Provide support for web content, articles, blog posts, emails, newsletters and other targeted communications; strategize to maximize effectiveness of social media campaigns to increase awareness; provide communications support to draft, review and edit content.
