Manage Sales Representative state license applications and renewals with proactive communication with Field Sales Force employees. Full understanding of state requirements and renewal procedures with an eye on deadlines and accuracy.
Ensure that assigned Sales Representatives attain objectives regarding product sale, distribution, exposure, and maintain appropriate inventory levels while respecting retail arrangements and promotional budget allocations.
Provide technical packaging expertise / support to marketing queries during the design development phase. Liase with RSM/RSC and Graphic & Design department to guarantee best service to the market and smooth project realization according expectations and standards.
