Has Earned a Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or an Industry Related Field
Reviews & Analyzes Proposals to Determine Cost-Effective Methodology of Fabrication Relative to Design Intent.
Gains Commitment by Reviewing Hourly Expectations of What is Required to be Fabricated/assembled Each Day; manages Estimated Versus Actual Hours.
Works to Reduce Departmental Rework; evaluates Fabrication Methods for Maximum Efficiency; interacts with Operations Manager to Assure Clear Communication & Maximum Job Throughput.
Manages Day-to-Day Work Processes & Full Scope of work to produce a project. This Includes Ensuring the Project is Designed, Approved, Estimated, Planned, Built, Shipped, & Installed According to Contract.
