Provides collaborative, solution oriented technical support to fabric teams, product development teams, sourcing and technical fit team and to our suppliers during development and bulk stages of product creation.
Supports on-going platform upgrades and maintenance efforts; works closely with the Director of Digital Product Development and IS team to ensure flawless execution with no impacts to the customer experience.
Provides reports and analyses in response to ad hoc requests and communicates findings to appropriate stakeholders; understands the Company's strategic and operating plans as they relate to management of the workforce.
Maintains daily and weekly dashboards for e-commerce KPIs. Participates in weekly business reviews meetings. Identifies traffic trends, abandonment issues, and opportunities for improving site conversion rates.
Collaborates consistently with Merchandise Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, Marketing, Distribution Operations, Finance, Direct Marketing and Store Operations consistently to ensure financial plans link to cross-functional plans and product lifecycle strategies.
