Review and evaluate performance of all distribution center functions, address performance gaps, and take corrective action, as needed, to ensure the managers of each functional area are delivering on operating goals.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Customer Service Representatives as to provide direction to the staff which is consistent with the company's goals and which promotes continual performance improvement.
Lead the development of a three year product marketing strategy that supports the brand strategy and includes the innovation pipeline, innovation sufficiency and innovation calendars with new products and services based on supplier and consumer research, insights and analyses.
Pursue training & education in business, industry and manufacturer product portfolio initiatives and pass that knowledge to clients opportunistically; conduct periodic business reviews with business owners, client sales representatives & purchasing departments.
Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.
