Create and maintain records to administrate the WellsOne VISA card program for enrolled employees in Houston (this does not include tracking expenses and maintaining receipts).
Develop operating income/expense budgets and capital budgets in line with the owner's strategic direction and objectives. Operate properties within approved budget parameters.
Provide leadership to field teams by collaborating and advising on important accounting, audit, and procedural matters related to job costing and other aspects of accounting.
Manages and resolves customer issues within company goals and communicates progress on completion.
Collaborates with Regional Directors/Managers, Regional Vice Presidents to provide maintenance leadership to each region including leading monthly/quarterly Service Manager meetings and conducting property visits.
