Compare performance with operating plans and standards; Provide reports and interpret the results of operations to all levels of management; This includes the formulation of accounting policies, the preparation of financial statements and operating data, the coordination of systems and procedures, and special reports as required.
Work closely with customer and sales team to understand product quality issues, develop effective solutions working cross-fuctionally with operations and communicate solutions back effectively to customers.
Develop and maintain product specification, ingredient statements, allergen information and formulas for seasoning blends and non-meat ingredients; then incorporate respective information into the label design process as needed.
Analyze all accounting functions including cattle payables, invoicing, budgets, expense reporting, inventory reconciliation, weekly P&L reporting and variance analysis, capital spending and payback analysis, as well as other numerous daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
To develop quality code and associated documentation adhering to team and departmental development standards; interface with functional teams to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionality.
